I put a rump roast in the crock pot with pepperocinni peppers (juice included) on top.

Cooks all day and makes a great gravy. You can have it on rolls or the way we have it with mashed potaotes and veggies.

I'm making Cheddar and Brocoli Soup with bread and a salad for dinner. It's going to snow tonight, so soup sounds good.

Im having Beef & Broccoli, with white rice and water chestnuts.... I feel like the commercial, LOL! Its lean Cuisine.
DH takes the kids out to either McD's, BK, Papa Ginos, etc..on Friday nights so I can clean the house in peace & quiet. So, they are going for one of those, but Im not sure which one yet.

We are having home made nachos. Have been taping all the episodes of Taken and we're planning to have a marathon viewing of it tonight.

Fill a large baking dish with tortilla chips. Brown some ground beef and then add a package of taco seasoning and cook according to directions on package. Sprinkle ground beef over tortilla chips. Add a can of refried beans and top with a mixture of shredded cheddar and mont. jack cheeses. Pop in the oven (350 degrees) until cheese melts. Add sour cream, olives, salsa, etc. to your nacho creation after you pile your serving on your plate.

What's all this talk about making dinner at home? Friday night is the night to go out!!! I don't know where we are going tonight yet, but I hope someplace nice, I have had a stressful day.

We are celebrating pre-Festivus tonight at my parents.
So we're having potluck. I'm bringing an artichoke mexican cheese dip, some margaritas, and my world class Sangrias.
