Any ideas for decently priced comforters?

After much searching and waiting on Ebay I finally won an auction for my dream duvet cover (DKNY - list price $400, my price $30 ). Now I just need to find a new comforter for it as I'm sizing up to a king size comforter so it will cover more of my queen size bed.

Anyone have any ideas where I can find one priced decently? I'm looking for a down or down-alternative comforter that's fairly warm as I usually sleep with the heat turned off all winter. I'm having the hardest time finding good prices on them in the stores, and am a bit leary of buying online if I have no idea of the quality.

Any tips appreciated!

Try Mousesavers.com, they are selling comforters from the hotels WL, AKL, GF Etc. We bought one from WL very heavy and looks new to me, and also one from AKL. This is an auction site from Disney surplus and on Ebay. They usually start at about $ 19.00.

Try overstock, I got a comforter that I have in a duvet cover. That came with sheets and a dustruffle for 30.00 for a king. Also they are doing 1.00 shipping right now. Good Luck.

Try Overstock dot com. Right now I think they are doing $1 shipping and they have some nice bedding. Thinking about ordering a down comforter from them for this winter to save on the heating bill at night.

Wow, I can't believe that I completely forgot about Ikea! I love that store. I don't know what in the world is the matter with my mind. (I guess I'm still on Disney time)!

I'll have to make a pit stop there on my way home and check out what they have. I found one or two that I like at Overstock as well if I can't find anything I like at Ikea.
