Any ideas for a speech about Disney?

For my business class this semester, I have to give a 15 minute speech on anything relating to business. Since I love Disney, I thought that would be the perfect topic. The only problem is I don't know much about the business side of Disney. Can anyone tell me where I should start? Any good websites on this topic? What might be a good point to focus on when giving a speech like this? I need some ideas and I figured everyone here might have some. Thanks!

Walt Disney was named one of the 100 most important people of the century by Time magazine in 2000. Here is a link Time 100 Walt Disney

It talks about his failures as well as he successes which I think would be a great subject. It shows you can have a failure in business and come back even stronger.

Micheal Eisner is a hot topic right now, and current CEO. I'm sure you can find lots of information.

So many great topics you could write about...

Imagineering would be a good topic, how design and the arts are used in combination with sales. For example, the Future World at Epcot is sponsered by a number of industries and have the opportunity to showcase their products in an entertaining way. There are lots of books about industrial design you could start with, and many specific to Disney designs. Plus, you would have plenty of visuals to use with your speech, always a good thing.

Disney is also a major employer of artists and entertainers and has set an industry standard in terms of salaries, benefits, etc. This might make a good topic.

I have often heard and read that Disney's customer service training program is very much admired in the business world. Also their "show" mentality...that when the CMs are in public space, they are part of the "show"...is an unusual concept.

We took the Magic Kingdom Keys To The Kingdom Tour, which gave some interesting background and info on these subjects. If, per chance, you are going to be at WDW before this assignment is due, I suggest you take the tour.

Thanks everyone for the ideas and links! I'm still not sure what direction I'm going to go, but now I have some ideas We don't have to give the speech until November, so I have plenty of time. I wish I could go to Disney before the speech is due, but I have to wait until January to go Poor poor me hehe.
