Any idea why the website wont accept my booking number

Called this morning to get a booking number for making ADRs (180 days today and staying on site with the DDP). I was given a 12 digit number, it seems to be the right number as was able to use it later to book over the phone and it comes up on the iphone app with the right booking information but when I try and put it into the online reservation website it just flashes an red error message saying it can't link my dining plan and to phone if I'm making reservations for more than 180 days in advance. Is this the right number I'm using for the website or os there another number I'm missing?

Wanting to try and get a BOG reservation but was told over the phone that they haven't released there tables for my dates yet which doesn't sound right as people on here are saying they managed to get reservations this morning for the days I'm looking for.

I had a 10 digit code that I was given for booking (including 2 letters), but I got the same error no matter what I put in. Maybe you need a 10 digit code? Though obviously I am no hope since I failed.

Also, what dates are you looking for? I am checking in on Oct 5th, but the earliest that the CM could find me a reservation for was Oct 11th.

We arrive the same day , the CM wouldn't even look for other days for me just said they were still waiting for the tables and to try again in a few days. Its not a big issue as we are going for 14 days so have a few days that still aren't open yet that I can try for to get BOG.
Have eventually found the code with the letters (which is what I remember using when we went two years ago) but it again comes up with the same message. The website is just as awful as I remember.

The new website won't do the 180+10. It just errors when you try. You can get around it by going to the UK website which is still the old website. That is what I had to do this morning:

At least this morning, BOG was available for Oct 11. Nothing on Oct. 6.

Thanks, I'm in the UK so that's the site i've been using but still not luck. Currently on hold waiting for them to answer to try again today, so glad they have now got a free phone number for the uk the thought of having to pay for listening to this awful music (what happened to its a small world and zippity doo dah that they used to have whilst you were on hold)

Managed to get BOG but not till the 15th and only for 8.30 and we had to split in to two tables (not surpirised with that to be honest 9 is an awful lot).
Although did come off the phone without asking why it wasn't working online so still haven't solve that problem.
