Any hope of 'Ohana?

I was wondering if anyone has had luck scoring an 'Ohana reservation at less than 2 months out for June? I had booked one (for a different day) at 180 days but we chose somewhere else for that night. I was hoping to go after MK but checking 2-3 times per day for 2 different days has yielded only 1 9:30pm time which is way too late for us. Should I just throw in the towel at this point and book something else?

I would book something else so you have an ADR you like for that night, just in case.

But I would not give up on Ohana! I'm still checking, every day, several times a day, for a better time slot. 30+ days now. I have 149 days to go, and I'm going to keep checking every day as much as I can!

Wow, and I thought I was checking a lot! I have had luck at Le Cellier getting last minute reservations so I'm hoping that is the case for 'Ohana too but I'd really like to have it ahead of time - one less thing to worry about.

I've never been there in June, but I have had numerous experiences trying to snag Ohana when everything's been booked. I know it's frustrating, but every trip that we've been on, we've been able to get Ohana for our party of 5, even 6, for prime time dining hours. I swear I was checking for at least 2-3 weeks before I got the ADR. Just keep trying every day and subscribe to the cancellation thread for you month. I'll cross my fingers for you.

I just booked Ohana for dinner for July 14th for a party of six. I got a reservation for 5:15 p.m. I was really surprised Ohana was not booked already. So I wouldn't give up, just keep checking and hopefully something will open up for you.

Sounds like you're going at the same time we are. And I did the EXACT same thing you've done and now somewhat regret it. Like you, I've been checking frequently, but the only thing open has been 9:40 at night.

Depending upon how many are in your party, it might not be a bad idea to keep checking; however - like someone else said - I'd go ahead and book something else in its place now so that at least you have *something*. You can always cancel that ADR if something opens for 'Ohana.

I'm hoping to get an ohana ADR for August week of 21st. There was nothing available at 180 day mark so I keep checking hoping something will open up. I have all my adrs and am hoping something will open up on aug 21 or 23. I lucked out last year getting chef Mickey by checking online so fingers crossed for ohana.

I am in the same situation. We too are going in June. We only decided to go on this trip in late February so we didn't have a full 180 days. Many of our options were limited. However, I was magically able to get a Chef Mickey for breakfast @ 8am in late March. I am also looking, however,for a better time for Ohanas. I was able to grab a 5pm last week (so there is still hope) but would like something later. I am happy though that I was able to get something. I would suggest that you have a back-up plan and continue checking multiple times a day. There is still hope and I hope both of us get the ADRs we want.

I've also been checking for an Ohana reservation for weeks now and haven't been able to get one. We are only a party of 2. I'll keep checking until our trip and hope to get one! Good luck to you all!

I was able to grab a 515pm reservation for my boys & I at my 180 day mark. Now my sisters & a few of their kids are coming with us & I've been searching & no luck I have tried for tables of 2,3, or 8. I'll keep trying

Would June 15th happen to work for either of you? I will most likely be cancelling a reservation for 4 for 5:25 pm. I'll post a time on the June cancellations thread if it would help either of you.

There is always hope, DH told me last week he wanted to eat at Le Cellier on our vacation in a week and half, I tried all last week with no avail. Checked this morning and low and behold I got a lunch reservation!!! So yes there is always hope, I just suggest checking every day to see if something opens up

We are going in June too. Don't give up. I had one booked at the 180 day mark and then other family members decided to join us so I had to change the reservation. I couldn't get anything. Then last week, I tried and got one for June at the exact time that I wanted. Keep checking!

I just got one today for May 5th at 7pm. I've been checking every day for two weeks and kept seeing them at 9:55pm but today there was a 7.
