Any Help With Christmas Present Ideas?

Hi my name is Carissa and I am 14 years old. For Christmas every year we get "Santas Workshop" presents. This is where there is a store in the elementary school that my brother finds stocking stuffers for his family. Well, the high school does not do this so my mom is taking me and my sister to Target this weekend to get presents. I am pretty sure I know what I could get everyone but my sister. She is 11 yrs old and she likes to write stories, and sing. The 2nd problem is that the amount I can spend is from $1-15 dollars. Any ideas? Thanks.
