There will be yogurt and fruit but LOTS of sweet/high carb items like sweet rolls, bagels, etc. That part can be disappointing. My favorite thing to eat in the lounges tends to be fresh pineapple and berries, yogurt and banana w/ peanut butter (they have the Smucker's single serving pkgs) so that I have the protein...
I was going to say the exact same thing!

The BWI CL lounge had the worst breakfast offerings. Sugary cereals, breakfast pastries, fruit and bagels. It was pretty pathetic.
I would stop by the QS restaurant and pick up some hard boiled eggs to keep in your room fridge. I also had brought some high fiber instant oatmeal from home. Just add hot water.
Don't get me wrong, I ate a few of those mini cinnamon rolls some mornings. But when you're there for 10 days, enough is enough.

I completely understand what you mean, it's all about moderation and that's what I try to do on vacation. You can't eat cr@p every day especially if you're staying 8 or more days.
