Thanks Sue...yeah the running is going great...I only started to get the Princess medal...have become hooked..Tom and I off to wine and Dine half marathon in 9 weeks....without the kids...and we are doing the Princess weekend again in Feb!...I would so anything for a trip to Disney lol!

Sue have you heard of Jeff Galloway....he is the official coach for Disney? He does a Run walk Run......it gets brilliant..I used his plan for the Princess half marathon....its great! And if you don't want to run.....be a volunteer ...the races would not happen without them..Disney also rewards them!
