Any guests arriving November 1 to 30 receive FP+ testing invites?

Was just able to customize Magic Bands for our trip Nov 2- Nov 9,staying at POR.

FastPass+ is also available to us.

(I did have to sign in, sign out and attempt to modify checkin,but got an error, before the customize tabb appeared)

Anyone know if BLT or OKW is testing.

BLT opens Sept. 30, and OKW Oct. 14. So yes, they WILL BE testing, and theoretically should open for Nov. reservations.

I have read that some people got them who didn't do online checkin.....did you try logging out of MDE and then logging back in ?

Well I am officially confused!! I did online check-in, customized my bands, and started scheduling FP+ options, which I HATE by the way!! 2 of my days were not showing up- check in day and Thanksgiving Day. I called for help and was told that they were only doing testing through Oct. 31st. Nothing for November yet! WHAT??? She said I would have to receive an invitation either via email or snail mail! I asked if I would lose anything scheduled and she could not guarantee it! OMG!! What is going on!!

I think the DISboard has more information than the CM. Do your linked ticket have enough days to cover your check in day? Perhaps Thanksgiving is special because it is a holiday and will be especially busy.

So confused- I had a box come up on MDE saying start customizing your magic bands now- when I clicked the link it just brought me back to the magic band page saying to link, my tickets and reservations are all linked.

Any thoughts??

Same situation here.

Able to book FP+ for November 14-20. Staying at All Star Music.

Will probably do online check-in tomorrow (no time to do it now!), and then will see if MB personalization is open to us.

I have an annual pass so should definately cover our check in day. That will really stink if Thanksgiving is not allowed???

just ordered our MB!!! can't do FP+ yet, still waiting on IT to link our Premier AP...will be calling first thing in the morning to see where I am in the queue!

Just to mention here that I too didn't have the ability to customize until I went in to modify my online check-in and then re-logged on back and magically Manage turned to Personalize MagicBands.

For those having trouble, keep doing the log out log in modify checkin loop. I had to do it several times, and I finally also switch from Safari to Firefox before it worked. Dunno if the browser was the problem, because I continued having to modify checkin, log out and log in again a few times before it finally worked. Good luck! I hope for those who are still waiting that it works soon. I'm bummed for you.

Im checking in 11/2 (BLT), and still no MB yet...tried the modify check-in, log out, log in thing, and still no MB...

Try logging in with a different browser. I was using Firefox, changed to Chrome, and I had MBs waiting.

I can get it to come up through the modify my reservation screen, however, it will not let me move forward because it says DS needs a valid theme park ticket. DS is 2 and his birthdate is entered into the system. When I click on just DH & I the "Choose Everyone" button highlights and then it won't let me move forward. I can't unclick DS. Any ideas?

We have a room only reservation & UCT tickets. The tickets linked fine for DH & I.

I am moving toa timeshare after three nightsat AKL. I'll try to make some fast passes for the later time to see if they'll let me will AP.

Bring them...just in case. This is all still in a testing phase and there are glitches.

Well, clearly the reservation CMs have not been notified that November is live. Not only that, but you don't have to get an invitation to test. As long as you are at a resort that is participating you are good to go. Unfortunately a lot of CMs pass along bad information.

Do the modify-online-check-in/log out/log back in loop a few times and see if it opens up for you. I had to do it twice before I had access.

You will definitely be able to keep making them for any date up to 60 days out. We have APs and I can make them all the way to 11/21 even though our stay ends on 11/7.

It will be dark on Nov 21st at that time. Day light savings time ends on Nov 3rd,2013 and it just gets progressively darker earlier and earlier after that.
