Now that I've gone low-carb for a few days, I'm ready to boost my exercise too. Since I'm home all day, any good TV Workout shows? We get Fitness TV, and I noticed the options of "Bodies in Motion", "Aerobic Conditioning", or "Caribbean Workout". Anyone see any of these and have a recommendation? Any others you might recommend?
