Any good stores in Canada?

Hi all - We're going on a major road trip vacation....Chicago to Hershey PA, to Lake Placid NY, to Burlington VT, to Montreal to Toronto to Niagara & back home. I've never been to Canada....but I'm wondering if there are any stores I should try to visit?

More likely not that many Canadian scrapbooking stores...

The only one that I could recommend is Omer DesSerres... It's an arts and craft store that has really cute scrapbooking stuff.

The scrapbooking store I go to is locate in the west of the Island of Montreal, so probably out of your way, but if you want the address I will post it. It's called Scrapbook Centrale.

Thanks for your reply......where is the Omer DesSerres one? We are spending the day in Montreal & then driving to Toronto then Niagara....so I know I won't have a whole lot of time to go out of our way...

We have a Michael's craft store, it is a big store, with a pretty good scrapbooking section. I am very new to scrapbooking, starting my first one for this trip!

Wow I cant believe nobody replied yet.
Okay where do I start! First off I'm sure our stores aren't as good as the ones in the States but here you go.
In downtown Toronto (a bit east) is Scrapbooks By Design at 1783 Queen Street East. Also downtown Toronto (but a bit more west) is Bizzy B's at 2100 Bloor Street West. If you like stamping, Stamping Bella has her own store now in Thornhill (just north of Toronto) at 55 Doncaster Ave. Now just west of Toronto is Mississauga and there is a store called Scrapalicious and they are located at 5170 Dixie Road. Now Scrapalicious just opened a second store in Oakville at 6 Lakeshore Road West. Now also a bit more north in Bolton there is A Scrapbookers Dream at 15 Allan Drive. There is a store in Brampton (just west of Toronto) but please don't go there, its terrible, its called Olde Tyme Country Crafts, stay away!
Okay that is all I can think of. We also have Michaels up here so you can check them out also.

Omer Desseres is a chain of craft stores in Quebec (there might be a couple of other ones sprinkled in Canada). Here's their website: http://www.deserres.ca/ Should allow you to find one around where you will be.
