Any good restaurants in Dallas??

My DD will be competing in a National Cheerleading competition in Dallas TX in Feb. It will be held at the Convention center. While there I will turn the big 4-0!! I would like to go out to dinner with DD (DH and DD #2 and DD #3 will not be coming with us to the competition) and have a nice dinner!!

Any suggestions? We are staying at the Adams Mark!
