Any Good Mini Van Rates for August?

So far, Dollar seems to be the best weekly rate when combined with a lower daily rate. I need a 10 day rental and what matters is the bottom line. With the Kiss2 code, total amount is $459. Any better deals out there? I have no loyalty to car rental agencies. They just must be at he airport.

I got 7 days in Sept with national for $230.00 with priceless code and entertainment book $20.00 off coupon.

Does that rate include Taxes and fees? I got a rate of $220/51 (extra days) and 249/39. I ended up going with the one that was $5 net higher, triple miles. Net results on National using discount coupons and codes was at least $100 higher.
