Any FREE on-line reading resources?

I'm looking for a fun and free on-line phonics/reading game for my DS. I'd like to use it as a supplement to what he already does (1st grade phonics). He has a few computer games, but I'm always on the look out for something else. I like to use the computer time as a reward, so a game format would be great.

Any recommendations?

Not exactly a game format, but my first grade students really enjoy starfall.com. Hope this helps.
