Any feedback on FL Tours?

Can anyone provide feedback on the use of FL Tours for transport from Orlando Airport to Disney? I'm travelling with small children and am concerned about travel times, pick-up, and especially about paying cash for a round-trip only after the first leg. Any thoughts? Thanks.

We used FL Tours last August. We had fine service. We were met in the baggage claim area by our driver. It took about 30 minutes to get to WDW. And they were there promptly to pick us up for the return trip to MCO. No problem at all paying for round trip. We were given a receipt with our pick-up time on it and that we were paid in full. We will be using them again next month.

Hi Steve - welcome to the DIS !!

FL Tours picked up DH at MCO last January and brought him to BWV to join up with us - no problems at all.

Just booked my friend with them - she called last night to say they arrived, driver was waiting for them at baggage claim - took them to Publix for grocery stop - and reconfirmed her times/dates for day at Seaworld before dropping them off. I'll let you know next week how the Seaworld transfer goes and the ride back to the airport - she was happy with the service so far.

i have to admit the cash payment for round trip upfront made us a little nervous but after getting prompt courteous answers to my many questions to Andy and based on the value we decided to give FL Tours a try. The driver met us at the airport with a sign and a smile. She was very helpful with our luggage. The van was spotless and she was a great driver. She cheerfully stopped at a liquor store and grocery store for us and I never felt like she was timing us. When it was time to come home the car was waiting in front of the hotel, immaculately clean. The driver was friendly and there was no problem with having it pre-paid - it was actually a relief not to have to worry about paying at the end of the trip! Had great service with them in May. I am using them again in November. I also did a Seaworld trip in May and service was also great for that too!!

This past August we used FL Tours to take us from the airport to Port Canaveral and pick us up a week later. They were great!

Used them last September for a one-way from the Dolphin to MCO. Booked a van, they arrived in a stretch limo! Boy, were the kids excited!!! The driver was about 10 minutes late, but in his defense, it was during one of those famous Florida torrential downpours and he said the traffic was moving very slowly. He must have apologized about 100 times.

I would have no qualms about booking them again!
