Any documents dance lately??

Just wanting to know who's getting documents lately and when is your cruise. I am not so patiently waiting for mine. It's still too early for mine but one can dream, it's Disney afterall.

I don't want to rain on your parade, but we just got our docs at the two weeks out point. I was going NUTS waiting!! Some folks who are sailing in July already have had theirs.

Hope yours come soon. It just kinda makes it feel more real once the docs are in your hands. Good luck!!

We're leaving Friday to stay at the Radisson, and onto the Magic the next day!! And, we just booked, last week, this cruise that leaves this week, so I have been reading these boards like crazy. Our last two Disney cruises were on the Big Red Boat, which was obviously awhile ago!! Can't wait to see everything I've been reading about. Thanks to everyone on the boards for their help.

I'm one of the ones that sails in July and got my docs a couple of weeks ago. Then, because I added ground transfer, they reissued them and I got the current ones today!

We sail on June 24th and just got our doc's 5 days ago. My DH was sooo impatient!
The longer you wait though may be better news for a possible upgrade. We booked a CAT 11 guarantee and got bumped to a CAT 8-Porthole! So excited!!!

We are going on the July 10th Magic and I received our documents about 2 weeks ago!!! Booked through a travel agent - so I don't know if that made the difference. The only problem with getting them sooo early is that I go through it all everynight and am afraid I'll wear them out before the trip!!!

what is the normal time to get your docs, we booked through Costco, does it take longer??

I am taking the July 24 Eastern with DH and 3 other couples...one of the other women going is going to be gone for most of July visiting family, and then at WDW before the cruise...she called DCL to find out if she could get her docs early (which I have done before), and they told her those docs were not scheduled to go out until July 19!!! You can well imagine that panic attack she had! Fortunately, I think she was able to get things worked out to receive them early!

I am going on the 4 Night Disney Wonder along with my 5 year old son and husband departing on July 18th and we still haven't received our documents but we wait everyday.

I called DCL this morning about our docs (July 17th cruise). They were very nice but firm that the documents will now be going out 10-14 days prior. Some people on our cruise have their docs so I am not sure if this is a new thing, maybe just the info from "the moment" or what.

If they're not going out until 10-14 days in advance that doesn't leave a lot of time for TAs (especially internet TAs like mine) to receive them an forward them to their clients. I find the 10-14 days a little hard to believe!

That sure doesn't seem like a lot of turn around time, does it. I also don't think my internet TA could turn it around in that time.

Anybody else receive documents lately?

We are on the July 10th cruise and still no docs!! I hope they come soon!!

We're sailing on the 17th of July and have had our docs for about 3 weeks now. I also called and added ground transfer thinking I would have plenty of time before I got my docs for them to be adjusted. No. I got them the next day. Then the following week, totally new docs arrived with the ground transfer this time!
