Aside from the $15 off $200 card from Sam's Club, has anyone seen any really good gift card deals?

If you are looking to buy Disney gift cards in bulk BJ's has the best deal I've found right now - $100 gc's for $94 and $500 gc for 473. Says the extra savings end on 12/05. And yes is it a bigger percentage discount to buy the $100 gift cards than the $500 gift cards
