Any discounts/codes for the Popcorn Factory?

I was thinking about ordering a few Easter gifts for family/DBF's parents from the Popcorn Factory. Has anyone ever ordered or received products from them? What was the quality? Since these aren't for me, I am worried about ordering something looks good from the catalog, but when it arrives it will look cheap or skimpy. Does anyone have a discount/free shipping code for his company?

One of the worst companies I ever did business with. The order was never sent. They are unable to track a package with the confirmation number you get from the web. I faxed them a copy of the order and they never got back to me. I was on hold for almost 30 minutes only to be told they'd look into it.

My credit card wasn't charged, they did nothing. No explanation of what happened, no apology, no discount for a future order.
