Any discounts available for any of the US hotels?

First time looking to stay at a US hotel. I have AP for WDW, are there AP rates for US hotels? Any other discount rate's like Disney offers, summer rates, AAA rates, etc...? Thanks in advance for any information you can provide me with

Loews offers many rates that are discounted. I believe you have to visit the AAA website to book that online or call Loews Universal and ask directly. You can check for annual pass rates online using APH as a code and clicking the promotion box. There is also a stay more rate right now that comes up automatically is you click promotions and leave the code box blank. There is also American Express rates, military and Florida resident rates.

Are the Amex rates better than the AAA rates?

We'll be staying for the first time in December. Based on my experience already, I'd suggest reserving your room as soon as possible at the best rate you can find now (versus waiting to see if another, better one comes along).

We called Uni reservations about a month ago and made our room reservation at the AAA rate (20% off). Originally, I had been planning to wait until this summer and I was hoping for (and still am!) stay more / save more rates. I'm so glad I didn't wait because I called the other day to just check and see what the best available is now for our hotel (PBH). The best available AAA rate is now $25/night more than it was when I booked.

I'm still going to keep checking for stay more / save more, but at least I know if they aren't offered, I have the best AAA rate available.
