My company offers discounted Disney tickets and they email them so you don't have to wait for them to come in the mail. Are there any disadvantages of not buying them through disney directly? I assume I can still use the same windows for dining and FP+ as if I booked direct with Disney?

If the dealer is

1. "authorized" by WDW, and

2. the ticket NUMBERS that they send you are capable of being input into your MDE account,

then there's no disadvantage.

(One additional possible downside is that SOME discounted tickets cannot be upgraded to a larger number
of "days" or to Annual Passes.)

Whether your particular tickets in question fit the above description, I have no way of knowing.
