Thanks ladies, for another awesome day of scrapping! I know we all threw out a bunch of dates for scrapping but I don't think any stuck. I could do this sunday if folks were available. I stopped by the store last night (didn't have my housekeys and had to wait for DH to get home) and it didn't sound like the 3 day crop was sold out. Any takers?
Sorry that I missed seeing you all yesterday - sometimes my students share more than their ideas, their viruses too. Lisa said you all had a great time. Hope to catch you the next time round.
I will talk to her again later this afternoon and can ask ... when I spoke with her last night it seemed like she would have room either for sunday or friday night, but I'll verify.
I'm working the weekend so only Friday works for me. I have an exam in Waltham until 3pm on Friday. It doesn't make sense for me to go home then go back out that way so I'd probably head over to TSD when I'm done there. Of course that means packing things up in the morning before my test - we'll see how that goes.
I'll be in Providence for work that day but also plan on packing the car before I leave and heading straight there. It's supposed to be done by 4 at the latest.
HEY! I am new to scarpbooking, and to this forum even though I have been around forever. I would love to get involved with you guys in this since I am a newbie and am pretty clueless on this. Do you guys mind?
Yes, I live in Franklin, Ma...I am off rte 495 between Rte 95 and the Mass Pike! I am just starting though and I am clueless in all the stuff you guys use. I have no tools or anything...just scisosors, stickers, paper, and a paper cutter.
Hi Glo, welcome to scrapbooking! The tools you have will certainly get you started. Laurie, the owner of the store we scrap at would be able to get you hooked up with the rest of what you need. If you check out the website calanniebu posted, you can see that she's actually running an introduction to scrapbooking class for 4 weeks in February (go to the classes tab). That would be a great way to get your feet wet.
I am SOO looking forward to Friday. For once, I'm home alone for a chunk of today so I'm going to try to get my scrapping organized and packed up. Wish me luck.
Anyone planning to go to CK Manchester this year? I looked today and they have the class schedules up! And yes, there are a couple of Disney classes listed. A round Disney book and a Disney layouts class. As usual though, the two that most caught my eye are at the same time. Argh.
