Any DIS Scrappers in NE MA or SNH?

Alright, I just got back from the mall and you know what that means. Yup, lots of sweet treats from the good candy store!!!

Ryan, do you have specific directions? I am probably one of the only people left on the planet without GPS. We are on our own:lmao: Fortunately I am a Jersey girl and we tend to be very good with directions.

Buffy - do you know if there is a McD's near by. I have certain diet restrictions and can't eat pizza. (Will explain later)

I live pretty close by so I know the area. There is a McDonald's about 5 minutes away. Along with Wendy's and Taco Bell, Moe's (upscale tacos), KFC and Panera Bread and many other restaurants that you could probably get take out from (ie Texas Roadhouse, Boston Market, Olive Garden to name a few).

Denise, what can you eat? I'll try to accomodate you. I am going to have veggies and dip, along with yummies of a various kind. There is a Stop & Shop right down the road that has some prepared meals.

Unfortunately my DS (8mos) is allergic to dairy and since I am still BFing I can't have anything that is dairy. It's has been 7 months and I am dying. Don't worry about me. I can figure out something. I don't want to put anyone out.

It is not a put out in any way. I'll give you the pizza shops menu and you can select something that is suitable.:)

Denise,

That stinks! I am nursing too. I have a 5 month old. Luckily neither one of my kids got that reaction. It would have killed me not to have dairy for that long. I LOVE my milk. You are my hero! ;) But a friend of mine had that with her first child and she had a rough time with it. How long do you plan on nursing?

My plan is until February when he turns one. I just hope he outgrows this allergy by then. I BF'd my DS for 13 months. If you are going tomorrow I will be the one with the pump. :lmao:

My daughter nursed until 15 months. I was then pregnant with my son so I think my milk dried up and she self weaned. That was nice. I am going to go by his queues this time. Right now, he is a big comfort nurser.

You are my hero again. ;) Pumping got to be so bad this time. I hated it! For the most part I can go out and just nurse him when I get home. It can be uncomfortable at times though! At least tomorrow I am 10 minutes from home.

See ya tomorrow! I will look for you and your pump! :rotfl:

OMG!!! I remember those days...My DH called me the Dairy Queen. My pump in style was my best friend! Kuddos to you for sticking it out so long with dairy...

Can't wait to meet y'all - I'm bringing some goodies too:goodvibes

Sounds like it will be quite the DIS celebration tomorrow. Someone will need to bring a camera to commemorate the occasion!

Still haven't packed yet myself. Who knows what I'll end up bringing! Of course, I'm happy just to be out of the house and away from children! :woohoo:

Mmmm...eclairs....I'll have Ryan's! ;)

Denise and Ryan - if the crop isn't until 9:30, would you rather meet at 7:30? It's probably about an hour and a half from my house. Doesn't matter to me, I'm up anyway.

Man! It sounds like you guys are going to have SUCH a great time! I am Greeeeen with envy! Somebody please post a photo!!!

7:30 is perfectly fine with me :-) see you then!

Oh and I picked up 2-bite brownies at costco.
