Any Dido fans?

I was at a fundraiser Friday night and bid on two tickets - 4th row to see Dido, figured my bid would win them and it did because now one else bid. I only know the song "Thank You" - any Dido fans out there can fill me in on her music, what CD I should buy to listen too before the concert? I figured the wife and I can go to dinner etc.... so what the heck. Thanks.

Wow! Lucky you. We LOVE Dido. Our family of 4 DH, DS19, DD15 and myself. Her CDs play at our house all the time. She rates right up there with Enya and Sarah MacLachlan in our opinion. Listen to the CDs "Life for Rent" and "No Angel". She takes a little getting used to, very unusual style, but great. Have fun. Wish we were closer to Chicago area to catch the concert ourselves.

I'm actually listening to "life for rent" right now - great disc! (go get it at wal-mart! very cheap there!)

this is her newer one - so you'll probably hear most of what she plays live off this disc with a few throwbacks to no-angel.

I think she appeals to a very broad age range - enjoy the show!
