Any dates for Anna & Elsa returning to Epcot?

I'm hoping they are there by late September! Are there any rumors about them being at Akershus? That would be great, but would make it even more busy than it already is...especially with F&W coming.

It was my understanding that Anna and Elsa will not be returning to Epcot. And that their time at Norway was part of the promotional advertisement for the movie and paid for by the movie people too.
