Any confirmation on DVC Contemporary?

I have been off the boards for quite a while......i am wondering of the "rumor" about the Contemporary becoming DVC has now been confirmed, or is it still rumor....i couldn't quite tell from the posts i could find.

Nothing confirmed yet, I'm still hoping they go the AKL route!

not expecting anything until Oct or Dec.

if they do close off the North wing and start to tear it down - that might be the announcement.....but you know Disney loves to announce a new resort.

So right, Disney will ANNOUNCE this when the time is right. The time may be approaching faster then they thought though! Tink10's fault.

While it isn't offical a good indication (besides the drawings) is that the renovations are complete at the Contemporary and nothing was done to the north section of the property. The south wing was refurbished completely. The north wing wasn't touched.
