any concerns about OBB benefits going away?

Because I don't have enough to worry about planning our upcoming cruise, I now have to ask this....Is the OBB "deal" that is offered something that runs all the time or have their been periods where Disney removes it? Any worries that it will be removed any time soon? I REALLY want to book Alaska while we are onboard and every little bit helps!

The offer is there all the time they revise it a bit now and then, just recently changed it but they are introducing more and more blackout dates where you cant use it.

As a marketing deal for DCL it works well and most cruise lines have a similar service, so it will stay but they are directing the benefits towards the cruises that sell less fast rather than special, holiday, and one off cruises that will sell out without it.
