Any codes for shuttle service (in NYC)?

I want to take a shuttle from our first nights hotel at EWR to 2nd hotel in times square. I found a discount code through entertainment book if pickup is at the airport but wondered if anyone knew of any other codes for any shuttle services so we could be picked up directly from our hotel?
