Any chance of 1900 PF breakfast walk-up?

My brother, his wife, and my niece are spending the next week at Disney and DF and I are driving over to spend the weekend with them. They made reservations at 1900 Park Fare on Sunday for breakfast for the 3 of them and now they'd like us to join them for the breakfast instead of just afterwards. I could see maybe them being able to squeeze in one extra chair, but with DF and I that will be two extra adults. Has anyone tried a walk-up to 1900 before? Think it's pretty impossible?

All you can do is try. Maybe they can give you a table for all of you, maybe not. If you can't get seated, then head over to the GF Cafe. You should be able to eat there and then meet up after breakfast.

Let us know how it works out for you. 1900 Park Fare is one of the breakfast ressies that I am checking back for daily (along with Le Cellier for dinner). No luck so far for me! :surfweb:

FYI - some of the tables are just for 3 (we're a family of 3). It's a 4 sided table with one side up against a wall - so there are only 3 seating spots. You can't pull up a chair to those tables.

My experience with walkups has always been to try first thing at opening, especially for a breakfast. A lot of people that made a 7:30 or 8:00 ADR just don't feel like getting up in time to be there when they thought they would be.

1900 should be pretty easy to get into early 8am or late 11am harder from 9:00 to 10:00am. Reservations are tough to come by, but many times folks don't show up for this one. There is no cancellation policy, so folks see this one as skipable. So you may luck out.

I was just there this Tuesday. It was a very hard reservation to get. As I was leaving someone who had walked up to the podium was told that they could seat him if he wanted to wait 45 minutes. Of course, things could go either way. Good luck!

Thanks for the help folks! Given the info about some of the 3 party tables I'm guessing it might be very difficult. But their reservation is at 10:45am, which is one of the last breakfast reservations I'm guessing, so maybe we'll get lucky!

I don't think we could wait it out, since we want to be done breakfast around the same time as them so we can head into Epcot together. If we're denied we'll probably hop on the monorail to Poly and get some CS at Capt Cook's...they have tonga toast, right? Not a bad backup! :thumbsup2
