I can ride neither Space Mountain nor RNR. I will have a massive headache that lasts over an hour if I do. Pretty sure TRON is an absolutely not. What about Guardians? Any hope for me??

Tron and Guardians are smoother but if you’re getting massive headaches with the others and are against Tron I’d say Guardians is also a no go.

I can’t ride RNR or SM either. They give me headaches too. But I love Guardians and Tron.

Space Mountain and RNR are too jarring for me. I’m not crazy about Thunder Mountain either. Tron and Guardians are smooth.

Some people who get dizzy, can’t ride Guardians but my husband gets dizzy on some rides and he can ride Guardians easy.

For reference I can’t ride Hulk or Rip Ride Rocket in Universal Studios but I love Hagrids and Velocicoaster.

I think the only way you’ll know is to ride them.

I’m fine on RnR and Space Mountain, I can’t do Guardians unless I keep my eyes completely closed or only intently focus on the ride vehicle - and even then I still feel off for a couple of hours. Much prefer grabbing a beer and waiting for my party while enjoying the surrounding Epcot sights/sounds/background music. It kills me as everyone else in my family loves it, and I’ve tried to love it - it just wasn’t meant to be for me.

I do think it’s a ride you should at least try once. Maybe make it a part of your plans where you’d be OK relaxing somewhere afterwards, do what you may need to do in terms of medication, etc.

its the backwards thing for me too, can't do EE, I made my friend ride Indy in DLP alone, and Guardians isn't fun at all

I would try Tron before Guardians. It is short and pretty smooth. I have no issues on Tron but have to take Bonine before Guardians and still feel kind of funky after.

I have rode Tron twice, it is so quick. I loved it.

The 2nd time I rode Guardians, I got nauseous. But I think its because I was riding on a very empty stomach.

I do not do SM anymore. It bangs me around to much and my joints have hard time getting in those cars. LOL

I think I am just getting old.

Yeah if you don't like backwards sections of other coasters it's definitely a no for Guardians then. It's a very fast backwards launch, basically as fast as RnRC.

I ride SM in the front car only. The back is too rough for me. I've also noticed that RNR has had a lot of back and forth lateral movement in the last couple of years and my head bounces a lot. I happily do the rest with no problems. I did have an issue with Guardians the first time I rode it. I was a little barfy for a couple of hours after riding it. I realized that the problem came when the ride vehicle rotates around the planet. I was focused on the planet as we spun around it and that threw off my equilibrium. I now close my eyes for those few seconds and I'm fine.

EE ~ it is a bit of everything, forward, backward, inside out, banking, drops ...

I hate Space Mountain anymore. After riding in DL there is no excuse for Disney World's to be so jerky and painful. I skip it 90% of the time. Hoping our new BTMR is as good as DL now. We do all the rest, and I have vertigo.

To OP ~ what gives you the headaches? Jerkiness, Upside Down, Backwards .. ? There are no smoother coasters at Disney than Guardians and TRON.

Guardians is a great experience. Best roller coaster ride in all of Disney World. I recommend trying it at least once.

Tron is good. It’s a fun ride. It’s very quick and not spectacular in my opinion. But shouldn’t wreak havoc on you physically.

I think it’s the banging my head side to side on RNR plus the deafening noise. Backwards on ER & Hagrid. Not sure on SM although trying to exit the vehicle is always an adventure! I used to be a roller coaster junkie and it really bugs me that I can’t seem to do it anymore.

Reading this I'm a hard NO vote. As others have said, Guardians starts with a very fast (like RnRC) backwards launch, and if that gives you trouble, you'll be miserable the whole ride.
