Any 'behind the scenes' books or websites?

So our second visit to DLP is drawing to a close. We did the guided tour of the Disneyland Park this year and I loved it but am keen to know more of what goes on behind the scenes. I appreciate much of it is a closely guarded secret but are there any books or websites out there that might help me to glean a bit more of an insight? Thanks

From Sketch to Reality is the best book by far about Disneyland Paris, with over 300 pages of photos and WDI artwork.

It covers the construction of the park and is written by Alain Littaye who writes the fantastic Disney and More blog.
