Any bad experiences with renting from windser hills

I have only heard of good experiences on here. i am not looking for trouble just want to make sure I am fully informed before making a commitment. We have heard from some beautiful properties which is making the decision even harder I think just overwhelmed with chosing the right property. This is our christmas vacation so i of course want things to be perfect. I have to chose soon too because many are already booked for christmas

There are a large number of owners’ homes to choose from, and there is always an element of trust involved - you are trusting the owners to rent you their vacation home, and they are trusting you to treat it with respect. Mostly everything works out fine.

Remember that you aren't renting from "Windsor Hills." You are renting from a private homeowner who probably only owns this one vacation home in addition to their primary residence. While there are a few folks who own several of these homes, they are very few and far between.

As such, each transaction is a bit different, because each home is owned by a different owner.

I've rented two properties from two separate owners. Both transactions were flawless.
