Any alcohol updates to report back for 2018 dining plan yet?

Since alcohol allowed is a new addition to the plan, have people so far experienced or observed any type of limitations on what's included from the menus (aside from the super expensive premium wines, liquors ect.)? Are all of the listed 'specialty drinks' on the menus included? Those are usually $10-12, and some non-alcoholic specialty drinks are in that price range that come in a suvenior cup- are those included as well?

That forum has reports that guests are able to order alcoholic beverages priced up to $16. Souvenir cups are not included, so the plan won't cover anything in a souvenir cup.

It seems to vary by menu. Signatures (at least one menu that was posted) included a higher limit (at least $21), and some other restaurants excluded things that were under $16 (Macallan's comes to mind). But, it seems to be a pretty generous limit. I would think anything in the $15ish range, not in a souvenir cup, listed as a specialty drink or cocktail on a menu, would be included.

ETA: Flights also seem to be excluded, regardless of the price point.
