any AKO users here?

AKO is the system set up for emails/instant messages for military folks. For the life of me I can't get IM to load on a regular basis, it seems to have a mind of its own. If I do manage to get on there is a delay between the typing and "seeing" of the typedtext. Most of the time though I can't even get the blasted program to load. Any ideas?

I don't know about this program, so I'm just going to bump this back to page one for you.

I do know that AKO was down (system problems) for a little over a week. I think an e-mail came out last week telling us it was up and running again. That may have been part of the problem.

Yeah I know they were down last week and I took a back door in to my mail program, but they are up again and I still can't get into IM on a consistant basis really frustrating when hubby is sending an email saying he's in IM right now and I can't be there!

Thats all I get as well, so at least I know its not just me. Its just so hard to not be able to chat when he's online.
