Any Advice for Split Stay

Hi,

We've decided to do a split stay. Ok, I admit we're crazy.....we're actually staying in three places but there's a method to the madness.

We check into AKV for 4 days then move to POP for three days (don't want to pay weekend rates for AKV--we save $200+ doing this) then we move to a house when dh drives down for another week.

Any hints on how to make this easy?

My plan is to pack everything we need at both AKV and POP in one suitcase ie toothbrushes, toothpaste, hairbrushes, etc. Then, since we use the ziplock bag packing method, we'd pack everyone's things needed for AKV in two suitcases and share. Then everything for POP in another two and share. And *no one* on penalty of losing pool time gets to open the POP suitcases while we're at AKV or vice versa.

Does it usually take a long time for the luggage to get moved from one hotel to the next? Anything we need for move day, I'll pack up in the car and move ourselves. Is there a guaranteed time that it'll be there by? When we used ME last June our luggage finally arrived just after midnight so just wondering about timing.
