I don't think so. Most of the places on the DDE list are those that also sell food. A lot of the pool bars are just drinks. That's why Tambu Lounge accepts it, but Barefoot Bar does not.

If you've already received your DDE, just look at the paper that came with it- on the back is a list of restaurants that accept DDE.
