Any 2-16 Magic cruisers out there?

Hi,
So far I've found 2 families cruising on the 7 day Magic 2-16
(Sherry and danjulia)... any others?
Hubby and I have one dd, 5. She's a bit shy in a large group, so I would love to find her a playmate ahead of time!

Can't wait to get on that ship! Counting down the days!

We will also be on the 02/16 Magic cruise. We are from Ma., we being my husband and I, our daughter and her husband and their 2 children, DGS 12 and DGD 9. Probably not playmates for your daughter, but nice to know someone else from the same cruise. Perhaps all of us can meet. Let me know.

Hi!

We have a 5 1/2 year old DD (Jori) and will also be on the 2/16 Magic. Our daughter is also shy and small for her age. We also have a 10 year old DS. Two other families traveling with us have an almost 10 year old boy and an almost 10 year old girl. We are all from Queens or Long Island, NY.

Your daughter and our daughter hooking up sounds like a good idea! Why do I have a feeling that all the older kids will be hanging out in the same place as Pangie's grandkids?
I have gone over some of the kid's navigator's with Rachel, trying to see what we can get her interested in....
(Actually, her first reaction was... "I'm NOT going to the Fun Zone"
which is Princess cruises kids' club... we cruised last year but her 7 year old cousin was along so it made it easier...)
Hope we can work something out... Rachel does great in small groups, it's just the initial overwhelming of a big group.

...I know Terry mentioned us in the 1st message. Myself, DH, DD(3), DS(almost 8), and my mother will be onboard. Just about 3 weeks to go and we're relly excited.

Pangie - we're also from MA (south of Boston) and have 3 generations also going on the trip. It looks like the ship has something for everyone!

Yes, this household is very excited... we love pulling out the
DCL brochure and scanning through it, reviewing deck plans etc.
21 DAYS AND COUNTING!!!!!!!

Rachel was excited to hear that there was another 5 year old on the ship! AND SHE LOVES arts and crafts! Daniel (from Ma) and Marty have been emailing so they'll know of someone else on board!

We cruise quite a bit but this is our first disney cruise and it looks like we're going to get spoiled!

We are DVC members and used our points for this one.

Sounds like there's a bunch of 10 yr old boys going too!

trying to figure out the dining rotation thing and when we should make palo's ressies, if at all etc

not much for spa stuff, looking forward to just hanging on the beaches!

Hi everyone!

My DH(40), myself (39), and DD(8) will be on the February 16th sailing of the Magic too! This is our first cruise of any sort!
My DD is a 2nd grader who takes a while to warm up, but she is very excited about our upcoming vacation.

we are going on our first disney cruise on the magic on 2/16. we have four families from our neighborhood going together. Eight 40 something adults and 7 kids: 4 girls -10,10,17 & 17. three boys 12, 13 &14.

here is my math question: If ship a ship has a capacity of 2400 cruisers and 60% are kids - and the ship leaves Port Canaveral at 5:00 pm on Saturday at 30 knots and I run out of Prozac on Monday at 7:00 pm - Where should the rescue team begin the search for my body?

Or here is the easier question: Is it really loud on the ship?
