anti virus help from the all wonderful techies!!!!

OK guys...I need some help.

My laptop completely died...it was re-imaged and I lost everything on it. I had just gotten Norton's Anti-Virus...I got it over the net and Downloaded it from their site. I don't want to have to buy it again, I bought it about 2 months ago, right from their site. Anyone have any ideas?? Have looked on their site, and can't find anything to help me. Anyone have this problem, or have an idea what to do????

The best defense against viruses are to wash your hands regularly and stay away from small children and Webmasters named Alex.

If you have some sort of recipt, you should be able to either call them or e-mail them about what happened and they will let you download it again from some secret URL or FTP location.

Did you get some sort of serial # or whatever to activate it last time?
