Anoyone done the International CRP? F2F interview advice

Hi guys

I am applying to do the Cultural Representative Program to work for a year in the UK pavilion in Epcot!

I've got through to the very last stage - a face to face ("F2F") interview with Disney World representatives in Disney HQ in London! I'm very nervous about it, as it is with real WDW people (We have been dealing with an in-country recruitment team until now) and if I get turned away at this very last hurdle I will be devastated.
I was wondering if anyone on here has done the program before and can give an idea of what to expect from the interview?
Or if the CP has a similar interview to this? If so could any CP-ers provide any advice? Thanks!

I did a CRP for Canada but Canada and the UK are really close pavillion wise especially in Merchandise you do all your meetings together. The interview is often done in pairs or in a group setting though mine I got to go alone yay. They call you in and you do interview with someone from disney mine was a Food and Bev manager from Norway. They ask you what roles you like and what you'd be best at. They also ask you fun things that reveal alot about your personality. Just be yourself I went off on a tangent with my recruiter we had alot of fun chatting! That particular year everyone but 4 was put on the waitlist as recruitin was ahead of projected labour requirements. But of everyone I met only 2 people didn't make it of people I spoke to. Now most people have been back for their second program ( i chose to settle down and have a family) or are working on the cruiselines. Just be yourself, be honest , be truthful and let the pixie dust rain in on you. I lived in the Commons but have visited all the buildings so if you have housing issues or schedule questions or role specific I know alot about both the UK and canada pavillion (my roommates were UK F&B and merch )

How long did it take you to hear back from Disney the first time? I've applied and my progress bar has been on "In Progress" since June. Is it normal to wait this long?

So I applied in November, THen had phone interview in January, then in person March, Started July 26th
