Another WL Conceirge Question.....

We are considering switching from the Poly Conceirge to WL Conceirge for the next trip as a change of scenery.....Does the WL send a planning sheet like the Poly does? Do they contact you in a different way or not even at all???

I am really wondering what to do...we love the Poly but also would like to experience other resorts.
