i see most of the conversation on here is about expo...but has anyone heard of or joined sharedreviews yet? I have been on there since beta phase and earn about 80-100 bucks a month with minimal work...



hope you all check it out, it is a fun site and there are a handful of disers already there!

There was another thread about Shared Reviews. But asking for referrals or having people vote for you is against Dis rules, so it died out. I made good money at first, but it's a bit time consuming now.

I find that getting involved in the forums there helps to get review votes for yourself...just depends on interests too

And yes, the only way to get $ on it is to have others vote for you and you vote for others and finish in the top 10 of that catagory

I'm so excited. After submitting 4 reviews and none of them were good enough for up front payment i resubmitted one and it was approved then I redid the other 3 plus 2 more and all of them were just approved for up front payment We won our trip to disney but there are things that aren't covered and we need some money for our trip so this will really help.

I have been really active in Shared Reviews. I guess since Expo has required more 'professional' videos, mine have been rejected! I may try expo again after I move.

I loaded 6 videos between the 12-15. The first one and last one have been accepted and the other 4 are just sitting in pending. I need to do more but it is hard to get motivated when they just sit there. But I can't wait until the end of the month hoping the ones I did get accepted. NEED to get this butt in gear!

I need someones help please. I am seeing it says we were paid on the 15th but there was nothing in my paypal account I had set up with expotv. So I sent them an email about it and then went to look on the FAQ. I then seen where it said the email address that you use for expotv has to be the same as the paypal . Did not know that!!!!. The email address expotv contacts me with had was to a paypal account that I tried to close out due to an unhonest ebayer who waited to I was in WDW for a month to file a complain saying they never got the package I sent him (my stupid mistake for telling him I'd be gone that long but I am always wishing everyone is honest and was also scatter brained as I was getting ready for my trip. Well his item was about $100. By the time I came home and seen it, it was too late to fight because it was over 30 days).

Anyway I sent expotv an email 2 days ago and haven't heard anything yet. Any ideas .

We got ours on Friday..same day the email came.
Is your paypal address confirmed? Maybe that is the hold up?
I am not sure what happens is you miss the payout day because of the email issue..For some reason I want to say they might send it out the following Friday...but I am not sure..Maybe someone has some experience with that?

I finally remembered the old password and logged in and it is LOCKED!!!!(Probably has been for the last 3 years)
So at least I'm a little relieved that is may not have went into that account, I also had to confirm something for expotv when I went into that email account too, so I'm just waiting .

They finally reviewd some of mine last night. What is so frustrating is that out of 5 only one was accepted. One of them they said I needed to say how many applications it took before color showed up. Now if they watched my video they could have heard me say I have put it on 3 times already and have seen great results. I am not sure how more clear I can be! So frustrating. I just feel like they are picking products they need or don't need.

GRRR. So I have downloaded 10 videos. 3 accepted, 3 need to be redone 2 redone and now waiting for second try and 2 not reviewed yet. Not very good odds. I was hoping for 5 accepted knowing that would be 50% and the best I can hope from them. But 3! o, well

I have been pleasantly surprised with the new format! I had 2 approved this morning. Guess I need to get making a few more. I had 1 last month approved, the other I needed to redo because when I moved the camera you can't understand what I am saying but that was all that needed corrected so so far I am happy! Much better making $10 per review.

I do plan on doing what they had listed as far as needing if I had it. We made darn ice cream the other day and it is always horrible and I hate to do it again for the review!

I finally got three more videos through for the month ! I wish it would be sunny out again (it's been rainy for the last 4 or 5 days) so that I could do some more reviews. I guess they might just have to wait until next month.

They are taking forever to review videos. It used to mean that a problem had occured and most likely they were not accepting your video. I don't see that as the case anymore. They are just so slow. I talked to someone at Boomertowne and they said they used to work for expo but were let go recently becuase of budget cuts. So I figure they let people go and just cannot get to all the videos in a timely manner anymore.
