Can someone help!!!

Are they still paying $10 for travel? I saw that luggage is included under travel?

Also for cars I saw that that includes accessories too! (Well I saw it under the "watch videos" section). Armarol, cleaning supplies, etc.

All of my disney pics are still on the computer. How can I do a video with them still on the computer? BTW I use Windows Movie Maker.

Yes 10 for travel reviews. No, its only the reviews that pay out 10 under that category, not luggage.

I believe you can do accessories for the car but im not 100% sure.

Its very easy to narrate a travel review in movie maker. in fact, if you go back through the posts another dis'er has a great post explaining how to do it step by step.

I still have some going back as far as 8/16 waiting. I have like 97 uploaded and 73 or something like that approved for the month. I really wish the approval process was a little speedier.

I too have a bunch from 8/16 and 8/17 as well as 8/20, 8/21 and 8/22 that are still waiting for approval. Out of 91 uploaded I have only gotten approvals on 16. The rest just sit there. I would really have liked to finished the last 9 for an even 100 but the lack of approvals just took away my confidence.

a website called DMNEWS.COM
and titled "ExpoTV brings video to user reviews online"
do a search for the article on that site to read the entire article but
the most interesting part is the last sentence which states

"In several weeks, Expo plans to switch to using its community of creators to review new videos."

This would be a great way to speed up approvals and may mean more money making options for us???

Has anyone else heard of this?

Me too. I had 3 approvals last night but I'm still waiting on more than 30. I'm rather frustrated. I know, they'll review all of them before they send out payments but it's been almost 2 weeks since I uploaded most of them. I wou'd've done more but since the approvals are taking so long, DH wanted me to wait and see what they accepted and what got rejected.

I want to do a review of the movie we just went to tonight. It was a special preview so I'm sure I'd be one of the first to review it but if it's only going to pay $2......... I'd be much happier with $5 for a brand new movie.

I have many videos still waiting for approval dating back to 8/17 up to 8/26 and I have had videos approved from 8/26 the day after they were done...so...its not true what they say that they review them in order they receive them.

Last month, they waited until the 1st day of August to tell us.

I looked at buy.com and yahoo.com sites and they have Expotv reviewers videos on there. I saw buckeyefan (firsttimertodiz on here) and tinkerbelle (tinker-belle on here) on the sites. I'm sure that there are more of us but I did't take too much time on the site. Its too bad the videos don't link back to Expo's site so we can get pennies from those reviews because they have a lot of people that look at those reviews apparently!

Wow, that's weird- where did you "see" us? Was it on the main page, or when you searched for something?

I was digging around in the Forums and I found this link from a post from an administrator back in June of 07... Oddly the heading of the page says: *NEW* VARIABLE PAYMENT - September cap: 50 video reviews

And you have to now demonstrate all the 5 and 10 dollar items (meaning you NEED to show how they work, not just talk about them to get the promotion.

I really don't like the 50 cap if this is indeed legit

This is going to be interesting. 50 cap stinks. And the $10 categories are quite limited. I am really thinking this might have been the last really lucrative month for us Expo-ers. I think I'll be focusing on my major appliances, travel and heck if they really want me to play our electric keyboard I will!

Must incorporate game play in Video Game reviews? I don't know how well it will really show up when you film the TV with a game in progress. I don't know how the quality of that will turn out.

So for example, baby/kid furniture is in the $5 category....How in the heck do you 'demonstrate' a kids headboard? I can see how you can demonstrate carseats (buckle the buckles, etc.)
