Just another warning to watch your DDP receipts. We had an issue at Lotus Blossom Cafe in Epcot where the cashier charged our CS meals as TS meals. :confused3 Fortunately, I was able to easily fix it at the concierge desk at the hotel, but it could have been an issue if we hadn't returned to the hotel and had it fixed before our TS meal that night. (It was our last night and we would have been short credits.)

I actually didn't know what had happened at first, just that the CS number looked wrong, I totally overlooked that it said TS right there on that counter service receipt!

Anyway, just a head's up that mistakes DO happen, so look at your receipts and keep in mind that the hotel concierge can fix it so there's no need to stress! :sunny:

We had a similar problem where Kona Cafe charged us twice--once the night we ate there and then again two nights later. We only noticed because our dinner that evening had 2 missing credits on the receipt!

We were able to fix it at the front desk with little problem. It is good to keep tabs!

hey, mistakes happen, and servers are only human. (I'm a waitress and a bartender). SO, be SURE to check your receipts!! we didn't realize until our last TS lunch, our departure day, that 2 days before, catain jacks at downtown disney had charged us twice and we had no TS left! even with our resort printed itinerary in hand, it took 2 hours total (at the restaurant, and at the resort) to straighten it out, which basically ruined our last day (with late afternoon flight arrangements)
after a month, disney did compensate us with extra perks for our next trip, but it did basically waste our last day. but, by NOT checking on it ourselves throughout, of course you won't discover this error until you try to use your LAST TS credits.
while it isn't our responsibility to do this, it is still prudent to do so, avoid the hassle
