Another Waitlist Question

I read the thread a little lower and it didn't help. Trying not to repeat a question so please forgive me if this was recently answered.

We currently have 5 nights at BCV booked in March and have 2 nights waitlisted for a 2 bedroom with 2 queens in the second bedroom. In a few days I will call back about the last 2 nights of our trip. So we could very well be on the Waitlist for 4 nights of our 9 night stay.

Regarding the waitlist: I don't want to end up with 1 night at OKW, 2 nights at BCV and then 1 night at OKW with this waitlist. Is there a way to say the entire stay not night by night?

I would be fine if say night 6 comes through and they add it and then maybe a little further down the line night 7 becomes available. I don't mind adding a night here or there as long as the stay at BCV is consecutive nights.

We have never used Waitlist before so please forgive me if this is just a stupid rookie question.

You can waitlist the entire 7 nights for BCV

Go to the online booking.. search your entire 7 nights and if it's not available it will give you the option of waitlisting the entire thing

In fact you can have 2 waitlists.. so search for 2 bedroom and create a waitlist.... then search again for either lock off or dedicated two queens
and create another waitlist for your best odds

(you'll have to cancel your existing waitlists first)
