Another Via Napoli/DDP question

So, the only pizza that I am eating in Florida is Giordano's. I know, Via Napoli's is wonderful... My children, however, could eat it all day, every day. If we get a ressie at Via Napoli, I know we can't split/share entrees.
BUT, will they allow a family of five--our oldest not coming this time--to pay oop for kids (two Disney AD and one child) to get large pizza, and my husband and I to use two credits to order entrees, desserts?

I'll give a stab at getting things started. We've not been to VN, but from what people have reported here, I'd say you have a 50-50 chance at being able to do what you want to do. The reality is, VN does not like/does not allow sharing with DDP. Mixing DDP and OOP means you should be able to do what you have planned, but it may all depend on the CM that waits on your table.

My advice would be to go for it because it sounds like the DDP users are not planning on sharing and the OOP people are, so they should be okay with it. Just have a back up in your mind in case they say no of either all pay OOP or all use DDP.

That is what I hoped...I want to try it, especially that cherry dessert. My two teen-age daughters are light eaters and my 8-year old son eats twice as much as them combined most days! I don't want many leftovers, as I grew up poor and have a pathological hatred of waste! Well, that is my story that I blame my weight on...gotta finish what the kids don't eat!
I just don't want to get there and get an ugly reaction from the server...I am also a very non-conflict person. We can pay oop.

On our trip in Nov 2013 we did exactly what you asked about. We are a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 Disney adults & 1 child). My DH & I used our dining credits for our meals & we paid OOP for a large pizza for our 3 boys to split. It worked out great & our server had no issue with it.
