No! I swear, something must be wrong with me this time, I am totally not stressed (yet!), I haven't done a darn thing! We have our airfare and hotel booked, THAT IS IT. Don't even have our APs yet! I'm excited, and I know I'm going to be flipping out that week before. GEESH, what is wrong with me???

How fun for you guys to be planning a trip with the babies! It will be so much fun to experience through their eyes, all the bright colors and music and movement.

Im just excited to go. I got all sucked into planning it out... Im a little nervous about taking 4 kids. But Alex and Mikalah will both be old enough to handle themselves.. Mikalah will be almost 5 then, and Alex will be 8, So I dont see any issues there. But 2 one year olds??

yet another thing to consider when searching out baby names, make sure it's not something that could be made fun of.

Oh, and I was suppose to be Brent Augustus.. I'm so glad it didn't work out that way.
But again, having an old or odd name.. cruelty.. pure cruelty.

But... But... I wanted to get them those little ear hats from Dl.. You know. The ones for babies that say, My First Ear Hat. how cute would that be?? A picture of 2 little itty bitty babies with those on???

Those hats are big! They will fit them if you take them in spring 2010, I promise! I think we almost got Ds4 one on our first trip, but they only came in pale blue or pale pink, and I wanted a black one. (Stupid thing is... We wound up getting the gold ones for dirt cheap, like $2 with our purchase of other items. And the next trip we got dreamed, so they have blue cloud ones, too... still no black ones.)

That used to be who I thought of too, for that name. But we watch NCIS, and it's the main character's first name.

Yeah, that's the only way I've bought them. I just haven't DONE IT yet for this trip.

I wanted to buy new flip-flops, too, because I always wind up wearing mine when I bring them. The old ones, which I bought in Hawaii in 2002, were super comfortable, but they broke this summer. I was so bummed!

Friends named their child Quinault (he's Native American) and they call him Quin. I don't know if she's Irish? Wouldn't surprise me, I think she has red hair. Anyway, it was a really good fit for them both, and I thought Quin was a cute name.

ETA: G, "Quinault" is the name of a local tribe.

One of my girlfriends told me the name for their firstborn, and I started to laugh and asked her if the initials were deliberate. She said, "What?" And when she said them out loud she realized it was the acronym for the computer system she worked on.
