another Tupperware question

I just ordered through MyPoints and when I clicked on the link to get my points a window popped up telling me to log in to MyPoints. When I put my user name and password in it didn't do anything. I've never had that happen before. I hope I still get my points. Has this happened to anybody else?

I've never seen this happen before. Are you sure that you were logged in under your username when you first visited MyPoints?

Make sure that you save your confirmation email from your order. If the shopping points do not show up in your account by the day that they were supposed to, you can always forward a copy of the email to customer support. They can be pretty good about awarding the points if they can track it back to you.

This happened to me too on only one of the banners. I sent an email to mypoints about it so hopefully they'll fix it. I haven't ever had it happen before, and I don't know that I'll get points for it.
