Another tipping thread...

Hi all! Ive been lurking these boards for a few years and DH and I took our first Disney cruise last October and are sailing again this September. .. my question is... I always like to "over" tip where its deserved (staterom host and servers last cruise were awesome). Since we pre payed our tips last time, I put some extra cash in the envelopes accordingly. Im just curious... on average. .. how much are people "over tipping" for excellent service? 20? 40? More?
