Another ticket upgrade question

If I buy a one day base MYW ticket with a package- can I upgrade it to a 4 day hopper ticket when I arrive at the WDW resort? I know it is a silly question, but I was just wondering?

Yes you can.

People do this all the time when they want the package tickets to end up different for each member of the family, since the package tickets must be the same for everyone when ordered.
