Another taxi question

How do you get a taxi? Are they lined up waiting outside the parks and resorts, or do you need to call in advance and have them come to you? Also, what cab company would you call? Thank you!

there is a taxi stand at each park and all the Disney hotels. Just ask a cast member to direct you to the appropriate line at the park. At the resorts just ask the doorman and they will whistle one over for you.

There are usually a couple taxis lined up and waiting so it is just a matter of the doorman calling one over for you.

Only other thing to know is that taxis cannot take you directly TO nor directly from MK -- in both cases, you go to TTC. Alternatively, you can arrive at or depart from the Contemporary and walk to/from MK. Other parks have cab stands, and bell services at any resort can call or hail a taxi for you.
