We've only flown SWA one other time round trip to and from MCO when our DD's were 4 and 26 months old. We preboarded due to the monstrosity of the Britax carseat we had to install onboard....
We are flying SWA again in 16 days. Younger DD is under 5 but no carseat for the plane this time. Do I even "DARE" get in the preboard line for fear of being scolded by other passengers even though it is permissable by the SWA guidelines for age? We are a family of 4-2 adults and 2 kids. I was going to do the preboard line solo with both girls....DH can get in the appropriate line for our boarding passes. He'll sit by himself-he'd be thrilled
... I'm just concerned about having both my girls w/ me (ages 4.5 and just turning 7) I just need the 3 of us to sit together because they both have issues with flying and would be more comfortable being with me.
Anyone else preboard with a non-carseat-sitting child? I intend to try to get "A" boarding passes @ the 24 hour mark, but if that fails, I just want to ensure that both girls are with me???
